Darius Myers, Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Myers has a 20 year background as an advertising agency executive, media sales professional, strategic marketer and brand development director at several major media organizations including NW Ayer Advertising, CBS Magazines, USA TODAY/Gannett Inc. and AOL/Time Warner.  Prior to the October 2001 formation of SCM, Mr. Myers was the Chief Executive Officer of Dare Media, a start-up media company with interests in ethnic and special interest markets. From October 1996 to December 2000, Mr. Myers was Director of Market Development at FORTUNE Magazine, where he was responsible for strategic market planning, advertising category development and new product development. Mr. Myers holds an undergraduate degree in Communications from the C.W. Post College of Long Island University and a Masters Degree In Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Mr. Myers is an avid golfer and plays to a 16 handicap.

Donald Meyers, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for managing the Company's lease sales, golf course operations and golf course merchandising and marketing. Mr. Meyers has 31 years of experience in brand management, packaged good product sales, operations and senior level sales management. Prior to SCM, from 1995 to 2001, Mr. Meyers was the Western regional sales manager for American Tissue Corp., a commercial paper manufacturing company. At American Tissue, Mr. Meyers developed and ran the west coast sales operations in which he was responsible for sales management and account management for a 12 state territory. Mr. Meyers graduated from Husson College in Bangor, Maine with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Meyers is an avid golfer and plays to a 12 handicap.
